Third, the principle
The HAD20B compressed air condensate automatic drain is a purely mechanical automatic with a die-cast aluminum shell combination: a drainer with a stainless steel float drain system. When the drainage buoyancy is less than the weight of the drainage float and the pressure exerted by the compressed air, the drain is closed; when the buoyancy rises, the drain of the automatic drain is opened; when the condensate is reduced, the drain is closed again, so The cycle is such that an increasing amount of condensed liquid is discharged.
Fourth, maintenance and maintenance:
The had20b drain is checked once a week. Operation method: Unscrew the manual drain valve (see figure) to let the water flow in the drainer flow until the compressed air in the equipment enters the ball cylinder for a few seconds, then close the hand valve.
If the discharged water is more than 0.5 liter, it means that the automatic drain is blocked, and the drain must be thoroughly cleaned. Automatic drainers must be removed each year to clean internal fittings. When cleaning, use soapy water or detergent. Do not use solvents to avoid damage to rubber parts.
